How Pricing Works

Transparent. Predictable. Custom.

We don't publish per-seat pricing because it depends on too many factors. Here's how a typical engagement is priced.

📊

Based on Your Stack

Pricing scales with the number of users, endpoints, servers, and cloud workloads you actually have. We don't make you pay for what you don't use.

🏢

Adjusted for Industry

Regulated industries require more — more documentation, more controls, more rigor. Pricing reflects the actual work, not a generic markup.

🤝

Predictable Monthly

Most engagements are monthly recurring with clear deliverables. No surprise bills, no nickel-and-diming, no padded ticket counts.

📋

Written Scope

Every engagement starts with a written scope document covering what's included, what's not, and how change requests work.

⚖️

Fair Terms

Reasonable agreement terms, fair termination clauses, and no obligation lock-ins designed to trap you in a bad relationship.

🚀

Onboarding Included

Onboarding work and initial configuration is included in the engagement — not billed separately as a "professional services" line item surprise.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

Can we start with one tier and move up later?

Absolutely. Many clients start on Essentials and move to Professional or Regulated as their needs grow. Migration between tiers is straightforward — we plan it together.

What if we already have some of these things in place?

Great. We don't rip and replace what's working. We assess what you have, identify gaps, and build a plan that uses what's good and replaces what isn't.

Do you require a long-term contract?

Standard managed agreements are usually 12-month terms with reasonable termination clauses. We prefer relationships that work, not contracts that trap you.

How is "compliance" actually delivered?

Regulated Industries tier includes documented policies, risk assessments, training, audit logs, BAA management, and incident response planning aligned to your industry framework.

What's not included?

Hardware purchases, software licenses, third-party project work, and major migrations are scoped separately so you know exactly what you're paying for and why.

Can we get a custom tier?

Yes. The three tiers are starting points — actual engagements get tailored to your situation. We design what fits your business, not what fits a template.

Ready to Talk
Specific Numbers?

30-minute call. We learn about your business, current setup, and what you need. From there, we can scope a proposal that fits — usually within a week.
