Who We Are

Aduddell Technologies ("we," "us," "our") is a managed IT services provider operating at aduddell.co. We provide cybersecurity, cloud, compliance, and IT support services to professional practices and small businesses across Oklahoma, Texas, the Gulf Coast, and Florida.

What Information We Collect

We collect information from you in the following ways:

  • Information you give us directly: When you fill out our contact form, schedule a conversation, or send us an email, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, industry, company size, and any details you choose to share in your message.
  • Information collected automatically: When you visit aduddell.co, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and any analytics tools we run collect standard web log data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and the referring website. This is used to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.
  • Information from clients during service: When you become a client, we collect operational information necessary to provide IT services — user accounts, device inventories, network details, system logs, and similar technical information. This is governed by our service agreement with you, not this public privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule conversations
  • Send you information you've requested
  • Deliver and improve the services you've engaged us for
  • Comply with our legal obligations
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or use it for advertising targeting.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only as needed to operate our business:

  • Service providers: We use third-party tools to operate aduddell.co and deliver our services — for example, Cloudflare for hosting and security, Microsoft for email and productivity, and similar trusted vendors. These vendors are bound by their own data protection practices and may only use the information we share with them to perform services on our behalf.
  • Legal requirements: If we receive a valid legal request — subpoena, court order, or similar — we may be required to disclose information. We will resist overreaching requests where we can.
  • Business transfers: If we ever merge with, sell to, or are acquired by another company, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any successor would be bound by privacy terms at least as protective as these.

Cookies and Tracking

aduddell.co uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work, but some features may behave differently.

How We Protect Information

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to information we hold. Internally, we follow the same security practices we recommend to our clients — least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication, encryption at rest and in transit where appropriate, and ongoing monitoring. No system can be guaranteed against every threat, but we take security seriously and review our practices regularly.

Your Choices

You can:

  • Request to see what information we hold about you
  • Request that we correct inaccurate information
  • Request that we delete information we hold about you, subject to legal and contractual record-keeping obligations
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time (every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link; for other communications, just email us)

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@aduddell.co.

Children's Privacy

aduddell.co is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be announced on the site.
